To back up automatically please use standard backup software to back up the following files nightly

Database Backup:

Depending where files exist backup.

c:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\MSSQL.1\MSSQL\Data\
etrack.mdf and etrack_log.ldf

and/or

c:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\MSSQL.2\MSSQL\Data\
etrack.mdf and etrack_log.ldf

(If exist in both locations then back up both)

Files Backup:

\\<server path>\etrack\*.* (although all of these can be replaced by eTrack)
