If the Mac address has changed then the GoGlobal Licences need to be ‘rehosted’. This is Graphon’s security mechanism that we can’t get round

Please go to http://www.graphon.com/customer-support/rehost-request-form and complete the re-host request form.

This can take up to 5 days so in the meantime you’ll need to get another 30 day unlimited free Trial Licence.

Go to http://marketing.graphon.com/what-to-try.html . You’ll have to use an email address you haven’t used before (our experience is that the domain (eg @qao.qld.gov.au) can be the same as used before!).
