– Check you running etrackconsole.exe on the computer/server it was installed on? If not, please try running on the same computer this will eliminate firewall issues that we can address separately if needed.
– If no luck, please run etrack.exe from the etrack/programs folder *on the computer it was installed on* and see if a eTrack login dialog appears (you won’t be able to login as a dummy database). If not please save the error file and send as attachment to [email protected]
– If no luck, please do the following to determine if the etrack SQL database is running.

  1. Open: Start Menu –> All Programs –> Micrsoft SQL Server 2008 R2 –> Configuration Tools –> SQL Server Configuration Manager
  2. Select SQL Server Services on left (see picture below)
  3. On Right ensure SQL Server (ETRACK) is running.
