To set a tree item such as Admin Tasks as a favourite of all staff:

1. Expand the tree so that Admin Tasks is visible
2. Also expand Current Staff in the tree.
3. drag and drop the has Resources blue relationship from under Current Staff onto Admin Tasks
4. From the menu that pops up, select Relate

A new Favourite of blue relationship will appear with all the members of current staff listed beneath it.
