Windows 7 64 bit has 2 browsers installed. Internet Explorer (64 bit) and Internet Explorer. The GoGlobal Active X Control can only be used in the 32 bit browse rand isnot compatible with the 64 bit version. To use Hosted eTrack please start Internet Explorer from the programs folder on the start menu and not the Internet Explorer (64 bit). eTrack will launch correctly using the 32 bit browser.
