When viewing the results of a custom report in the report gallery, click the Settings button. Select your printer and click Properties. Set your preferences for page orientation, duplex printing, colour, quality etc. Click Advanced for additional options such as to turn on Duplex printing and selecting Paper Size. Page orientation and paper size can also be set directly on the preview page (at the bottom near the Zoom).
