Open the project in the Schedule.

Zero out all the ETC by editing the ETC column at the Stage levels (I know this is scary but the original ETC will be preserved).

Paint red ETC bars to represent the Plan/Baseline you want to create, or you can edit one cell (eg 500 hours a week in the past)

Click Save and select “Create Plan (Baseline), Discard ETC Changes”.

The new Red bars will become the Plan (no Actuals included) and the original ETC red bars will re-appear
Click Options and tick actual Values and Plan Values to see if required.
