Yes it does. eTrack is strong on tracking Quality and the QA Checklist feature built into project templates is very popular and important for QA certification. ISO 9000 is all about careful tracking and auditing and given eTrack is used by QLD, WA and NSW Audit Offices, QA related features are an integral part of eTrack and an important focus of ours to continually develop. In eTrack’s early days IT Governance was the focus (eg during Y2K) that is basically the same thing. Relevant features include the QA checklists, document templates, issue and risk registers, status workflow, security and an audit trail of all changes in particular to invoices and billing. So although eTrack does not guarantee certification it goes a long way to ticking all the boxes.
