The error message being received is ‘\\Pc1\etrack\Production\eTrackConfig.mdb’ is not a valid path.
When eTrack starts up it opens up the registration data file (the path above). In your case it is unable to open this file for some reason. Possible causes of this error message are:
- The Computer called PC1 is not turned on or connected to the network.
- There is no shared drive on PC1 called eTrack
- Your computer is not connected to the network.
Please check the above possible causes to help resolve this problem.
