The login used by eTrack does not have permission to access the tables in the database. The first check done by eTrack is version table listing if this fails for any reason or an empty result set is returned a default version of 2.1.6 is assumed by eTrack.
The SQL login used by eTrack is etrackuser.
The recommendation is for the etrackuser login to be aliased to DBO on the eTrack database – detaching and re-attaching may have caused the alias data to be lost.
Please contact eTrack support to issue instructions for repair.
