– Don’t change Contact Groups, only Company and Individual(Contact).
– Leave 8 on so as not to duplicate a contact
– Leave 12 on as change is N/A to non work items
– You could untick 9,10 and 11 as well
– 56 (admin new protected) must be off and also 57 if you want to all deletion
– You also need to make sure 10 and 11 security permissions are on for User Security group
