If all set up correctly and you only use the Status to move the project between the project groups, then it will always be in one project group.

However if you manually drag the project to another project group in the tree and select relate a) it will now relate to both project groups and b) the status doesn’t change.

We can disable this happening for a user and maybe a manager but not an administrator as they need to do it for other areas of eTrack.

To resolve: a) right click on the project under the project group where you *don’t* want it and select Edit->Unrelate. Then check the status matches the Project group it is left in.
