This happens:

a) If the Project didn’t have a status to start with or has one that doesn’t match the group it is in.

– Right click and Unrelate the Project from the old group
– Check that every project has a status that matches the project it is in (contact eTrack if there are many that need changing)

b) eTrack thinks the project is a template (a flag has been incorrectly set).

– Run eTrackConsole, select Maintenance button on the left and tick ‘Reset Template Flags’ and click Run
