If the SQL database is only being used for eTrack then Stop and restart SQL:
– Select Start/All Programs/Microsoft SQL Server 2005/Configuration Tools/SQL Server Configuration Manager
– Select SQL Server 2005 services on left
– On right, right click on SQL Server (etrack) and select Restart

Another way to throw people off an SQL database is to:
– Open SQL Studio Manager
– right click on eTrack database and select Properties
– Click Options and on right scroll to the bottom and change Multi User to Single User
However, have had problems accessing to change back or use so best not to use.
if use and this happens, restart SQL as above.
