This is rare but can happen if a timesheet is left open and connection broken.
If an issue, you can force a save after every timesheet cell edit instead of just when the whole week is Saved.
To do this please.
1 Log on as Administrator
2. Expand Setup and double click eTrack Settings
3. Scroll down until find [Options]
4. Directly under [Options] add TimesheetCellSave=1
5. Check TimesheetCellSave doesn’t exist anywhere else under [Options] (use the Find in the etrack settings details tab)
6. Everyone needs to log out and in again to have this take effect.
If timesheet comments are being lost, also add the following under [Options] (repeating steps 4 and 5)
MergeLostTimesheetComments=1
