1. Click Export button on the Invoice Tab (it says MYOB but works with Quickbooks as well)
  2. Save the .csv file created to your file server.
  3. Import the file into Quickbooks and using the Quickbooks facility create a mapping between the fields in the file and your fields in Quickbooks. Save the mapping in Quickbooks for future use.

  4. Before using the export you’ll want to set up your Account Codes for Time, GST and each Expense Type in eTrack so they get included in the export .csv file – please see eTrack Accounting Interface Guide.doc on how to do this.
