1. Edit the etrack.config file in etrack/programs folder and check that no drive letters are referenced. If they are replace with the UNC path (like \\server\etrack\backup). You will see this being used elsewhere in the file so can copy and paste. (Note that entering the backup path into etrackconsole.exe doesn’t always work.)

2. Check you have write access to the backup path selected.
